The BSME Art Competition

It was a great honour for us to host BSME Art Competition this year under the theme of Borderless. We received impressive 19 entries from three international schools in Egypt – Modern English School Cairo, British International School Madinaty, and El Alsson British School. After careful judging consideration by our principal, Mr. Rodney Boswell, we are pleased to announce the winners and those with outstanding achievements.

Ramadan Hours

Dear Parents,

As Ramadan approaches we know that many of you will have questions about school timings during Ramadan. Please be advised that beginning the first day of Ramadan, the school day will be adjusted with lessons ending at 2:00 for students in G1-12/Yr2-13. The school day for students in PS/PK/K and FS1/FS2/Y1 will end at 1:30. School will start at the same time, 7:50, during Ramadan.

Further information about specific lesson arrangements for the school day for all grades/years will be sent to you via divisional offices in the coming days.

El Alsson’s Student Art Exhibition

Exciting News…
El Alsson’s Student Art Exhibition will take place next week at El Alsson’s Sports Hall from February 12th to the 16th.
Opening is on Sunday 12th February at 3pm, everyone welcome!
After the opening, you can visit the Art Exhibition daily from the Monday the 13th to Thursday the 16th from 9am till 8pm.
We are ever so proud of the fantastic pieces which will be displayed at the exhibition.

Magic on El Alsson Walls by Mohamed Rabie

El Alsson NewGiza has managed to secure the renowned artist Mr. Mohamed Rabie in collaboration with TAM gallery to visit our school and inspire our Alssonians. well Guess what? He too was inspired by our students and their passion for art. We are honored to have him pay us a visit and spend an entire day with our students creating magic on our Alsson walls.
