Today we had a special visitor for the senior school students; Maged, the drummer from Glass Onions band. He paid our seniors a visit and performed a drumming demo in the theatre. He will be offering drumming lessons to senior students at school using the brand new El Alsson drum kit.

Dear Parents
Due to the importance associated with GCSE and A level homework tasks, from this year, we have changed our sanction for students who do not complete their homework to the required standard.
For the first offence the student will have a break detention
For the second and any subsequent failures to complete homework for the same teacher, the student will have to complete a 1 hour after school detention. Parents will always receive a letter if a student is in after school detention.
KS3 students will continue to receive two chances before they have an after school detention.
