Last week, one of our security guards found this poor owl stuck in one of the nets, unable to detangle itself and fly. He untangled it and allowed it to fly but in vain. Ms. Julie arranged for few of our senior students accompanied by two of our teaching staff members to escort the owl in one of the school buses to Dr. Ramy, the vet from the Advance Care Vet Centre in road 199 in Maadi.

Thanks for Dr. Rami’s help and care, he examined the owl and explained that she will be fine and that she is only weak and under shock. She has a flight trauma and is feeling better now. She will spend a week with the Vet until she regains her strength back and then will be released at the school to fly away.
