Dear Parent/ Guardian,

As part of the Anti-Hepatitis C Virus Campaign, also known as “100 Million Seha” kindly note the following:

– It is required by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Ministry of Health that all Secondary School students ( G10 – G12 American section and Y11 – Y13 British section ) do the medical test for HCV.

– A form issued by the Ministry of Education will be sent home with your son/daughter. Kindly fill and sign the form stating whether you Agree / Disagree that your child does the medical test for HCV. For those who agree, a test will be done for their children at school and will be arranged by the “ 100 Million Seha” campaign.

– This form should be submitted at the British/American offices no later than Sunday, 7 April 2019

N.B. As this is a MANDATORY procedure by the Ministry of Education your cooperation and prompt action is highly appreciated
