The 11th and 12th Grade American Art students took a study trip to Khan el Khahili area on Monday, January 21. The students viewed ancient artifacts, architecture and traditional market life. They are working on 2 and 3 point perspective in Art class and the buildings and street scenes were a wonderful enhancement to the Art Curriculum. Students viewed first-hand local artists at work. They saw ancient Egyptian Architecture and learned how the Egyptian culture was developed through Art.
Thanks to Ms. Lisa for taking the pictures and making this special video for the students. We hope you enjoy it :)
